How to Register to Vote
To register to vote, you must fill out a Florida Voter Registration Application Form. These forms are available
on-line and at the locations listed below. If you cannot go to one of these locations, contact us and we will mail you a form. In addition to using these forms to register to vote, you can use
them to notify us of a change in your address, name or party affiliation, or to update your signature.
To be eligible to register to vote in Brevard County you must be:
A U. S. citizen
A Brevard County resident
18 years old or older (you may preregister at age 17)
Not currently adjudicated mentally incapacitated with respect to voting in Florida or any other state
Not convicted of a felony without your
civil rights having been restored
IMPORTANT: In order to be eligible to vote in any election, you must be registered to vote at least 29 days before that
election, except as noted below
Note To vote in the primaries you must be registered in one of the parties holding the primary. If you wish to vote in
the Democratic Primary, register as a Democrat , Republican register as a Republican
